Junhao was born in China and has lived in Paris for over 6 years. He joined Dedale Intelligence in 2021 as an Investment Research Analyst, working on multiple segment reviews and due diligence projects in areas like Supply Chain, Industrial, Financial Services, and GIS. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, he had over 2 years of experience in PE and VC, including at BNP Paribas Asset Management and First Bridge Ventures. Junhao is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a Master's degree in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Kylia was born and raised in Paris. She recently graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree: Master in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, she gained experience as an M&A Analyst Intern at Flack&Cie and Equiteq. Kylia is fluent in both French and English.

Lanz is a Psychology graduate from Cebu Normal University with a strong background in recruitment and lead generation. He is driven by a passion for connecting individuals with the right opportunities and supporting organizations in building high-performing teams. At Dedale Intelligence, Lanz utilizes his expertise in recruitment to effectively engage with leads, ensuring a seamless match for every project.

Lara was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, alternating between living in the city and the suburbs. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, she garnered a portfolio of work across multiple fields, like journalism and media, contributing news articles for Rappler, and joining several film productions. She also has a background in leads generation from her time as an e-commerce assistant. In 2024, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Cebu. Lara is fluent in English, Cebuano, and Filipino.

Leonardo, originally from Italy, holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University, with an exchange semester at Johns Hopkins University. He began his career in strategy consulting, advising global pharmaceutical companies on gene therapy launches, AI-driven drug discovery, and M&A strategy. He later founded a food tech startup, scaling operations nationwide to 50 partner restaurants and driving significant growth. He is currently an Investment & Strategy Associate at Dedale Intelligence.

Lina was born in the US and raised in Morocco. After preparatory classes and five years at HEC Paris, she gained strong experience in Private Equity and Strategic M&A. She then spent nearly two years in strategy consulting, advising asset managers in Europe and the US on market entry, business strategy, and M&A. Lina joined Dedale Intelligence as an Associate, leveraging her background to support clients in evaluating B2B software investments. She speaks English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.

Linh was born and raised in Hanoi and is fluent in three languages: Vietnamese, English, Chinese. Before joining Dedale Intelligence as a Network Research Associate, Linh worked as a tech recruiter.

Born in France and of Chinese heritage, Lionel is an Associate at Dedale Intelligence. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Lionel began his career in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte. At Dedale Intelligence, he has been actively involved in projects across software for Local Government and in hospitality sectors. Lionel holds a dual Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is fluent in English, French, German, and Chinese.

Mafany joined the Research Team in early 2025 as an Investment and Strategy Analyst. He has previous experience in Venture Capital at Inovexus, and in Private Equity at RGREEN Invest. Mafany was born in Cameroon, before moving to the UK at the age of 9 and residing there until the age of 18. He moved to France in 2021, and holds a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris, specializing in Strategic Management. He is a health, fitness and gym enthusiast, and an unfortunate Arsenal fan.

Malek was born and raised in Tunisia and moved to the UK after high school, where he lived for 6 years. He earned a Bachelor's degree from King's College London and a Master's degree from Cass Business School. Malek gained experience at Mazars, SOLAR23, and Datalog. At Dedale Intelligence, he is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial investors and B2B software executives and identifying corporate development opportunities for the firm. Malek is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

Marin was born in France and has spent his career between France and USA. After graduating with a double Master's degree from CentraleSupélec (Paris, France) and GeorgiaTech (Atlanta, USA), Marin dedicated his 8-year career to technology. He spent the first 4 years in IT & management consulting at PwC in New York, followed by 3 years at Capgemini Invent in Paris. Currently, at Dedale Intelligence, Marin assists clients in understanding the fundamental value of tech companies across various expertise areas, including IT services, IT Infrastructure & Management, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and Supply Chain. Marin speaks French, English, and intermediate Spanish.

Marta was born and raised in a town close to Barcelona, Spain. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Pompeu Fabra University, which included a 6-months exchange in University of Berkeley (California), followed by a Master's degree in Business Analytics at ESADE.

After ~2.5 years of experience in strategy consulting at Strategy& (PwC), where she supported corporate clients on strategic decision-making and investment impact analysis, Marta decided to pursue a Master’s in Finance at ESCP, between Paris and London, to deepen her understanding of financial markets and gain international experience. She joined Dedale Intelligence in June 2025 as an Investment & Strategy Analyst.

Marta is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

Mary started her career in research in 2021 at a UK-based research firm. After gaining over a year of experience, she joined Dedale Intelligence to improve her research skills and build connections in the industry. Her hard work and strong performance led to her promotion to Team Lead and later to a role in Training and Development Management. In this role, she shares her research knowledge and helps develop future leaders.

Mathieu began his career with 4+ years in strategy consulting, covering a wide range of industries including retail, telecoms and healthcare. He then joined an insurtech company under LBO as Strategy & Transformation Manager, where he launched a new activity. Since joining Dedale Intelligence, Mathieu has been leading multiple projects from deep software segment research to more target-centric operations with pre-due diligence and commercial due diligence work, covering areas like Financial Services, Office of the CFO, Digital Experience Platform or Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Matteo was born in Italy. He joined Dedale Intelligence in January 2024 as an Investment Analyst Intern. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, he completed a 6 month internship in investment banking working at Banco Santander in Milan. Matteo is a graduate of Milano Bicocca University and holds a Master's degree in Management from Bocconi University.

Matthew is a Research Associate based in Manila, Philippines, where he was born and raised. He has a diverse professional background, having worked as a McKinsey consultant focusing on group-level strategy and financial institutions across APAC. Additionally, he worked at Aboitiz Power, one of the largest power generation companies in the Philippines, where he handled pricing and risk management for both legacy and renewable portfolio companies. Matthew is fluent in both Filipino and English. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University in 2022.

Maxence was born and currently resides in France. After 6 years at Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant, Maxence entered the HR-tech company Iziwork where he specialized in leading the French core operations. After 2 years in this role, Maxence joined the Leadership Team at Dedale Intelligence to develop expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Software, HR Software, Office of the CFO, and Office of the CIO Solutions. Maxence speaks French and English and graduated in Engineering from École des ponts ParisTech in France and in Technology Policy from Cambridge University in the UK.

Maxime was born and presently lives in France. After 8 years at Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant and manager, Maxime entered the software and technology sector where he specialized in strategic plans for large companies and commercial due diligence for Private-Equity companies in the Energy and Technologies space in Europe, Africa, and South-East Asia, doing research and publishing on Artificial Intelligence and DeepTech in businesses. Since 2023, Maxime joined Dedale Intelligence to lead the efforts to build and scale its products, tech, and data stack. Maxime speaks English and French and graduated from CentraleSupélec and ESCP Business School.

Maxime, half British and half Dutch, is a Senior Associate at Dedale Intelligence. He holds a double degree, Master's in Management and Master's of Sciences in Corporate Finance from EDHEC. Prior to joining Dedale Intelligence Maxime worked in financial auditing and investment banking at PwC and Crédit Agricole CIB in France. Since joining in June 2022, Maxime has focused most of his work on research projects around Office of the CIO (ITSM, AIOps, Observability & DevOps), IT services and healthcare technology.

Maya was born in Egypt, and raised across Malaysia, Austria, and South Africa before returning to pursue her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the American University in Cairo. Bringing +2 years of experience in payments, consulting, and research, Maya  joined Dedale Intelligence in 2023. Since then, she has been actively involved in various research topics including construction and digital commerce.

Melvin is based in Cebu, Philippines, and holds a degree in Banking and Financial Management. He began his career in 2020 as a Network Research Planner at Dedale Intelligence. In this role, he plays a key part in expert discovery processes, with a focus on Treasury Management Systems, Order Management Systems, AI in Banking, and Personal Finance.

Mi is currently a Data Operations Specialist under the Data Ops Origination team.

Milo, based in Cebu, Philippines, earned his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, majoring in General Science, from Cebu Normal University. With a background in science teaching, academic research assistance, healthcare customer success, sales, customer service, and technical support, he currently works as a Customer Success Associate at Dedale Intelligence, where he supports business intelligence efforts and strengthens client relationships.

Mike is an Operations Specialist based in Cebu, Philippines. With a background in web development, marketing, and research, he brings a unique mix of analytical and creative skills to streamline systems, manage data, and support efficient operations. Calm and reliable, he ensures smooth execution across tasks and teams.

Miguel is an Investment and Strategy Analyst based in Manila, Philippines, with deep venture capital experience across Southeast Asia. He has held roles at ICCP SBI Venture Partners, Kaya Founders, and AFG Partners—covering early-stage to global B2B fintech investments. His work spans sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals, as well as supporting portfolio companies. Through close collaboration with founders and investors, he’s built strong ecosystem relationships and developed a broad understanding of business models across sectors such as B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, consumer, logistics, cybersecurity, and data.

Milena, of Armenian-Russian descent, spent her formative years in Russia before relocating to France in 2022. Currently serving as a Junior Investment Research Analyst at Dedale Intelligence, she previously undertook a Global Banking Summer Internship at BNP Paribas CIB in London and fulfilled the role of an M&A analyst at Fordewind. Milena earned a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance from the University of London.

Born and raised in Cebu, Nico graduated at the University of the Visayas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. With his extensive background in quality and data analysis, and in graphic design, he joins Dedale Intelligence as a Data Operations Support - contributing his creative mind and keen eye for details to the team.

Omar is currently based in Cairo and holds over 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, and retail. In 2023, Omar joined Dedale Intelligence as an Investment and Strategy Associate. Since then, he has been actively involved in analyzing various investment and strategy segments. His focus includes Insurtech, Financial Services, Information Databases, Office of the CIO and more. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
