Alessio was born and raised in Southern Italy. After completing his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business at LUISS University in Rome, he pursued a master’s degree in Management at ESCP Business School in Paris, graduating in 2024, which included an exchange program at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Before joining Dedale as an Investment and Strategy Analyst, Alessio gained experience in Investment Banking through internships at ABN Amro and UniCredit. Alessio speaks Italian and English fluently and has intermediate proficiency in French.

Alexis is Franco-Italian and has built his career in technology consulting and sales. He began as a business developer in the wine tech sector before transitioning to consultant in emerging technologies at Atos and Wavestone. He then spent over four years at Darktrace as a Senior Key Account Executive, contributing to the growth of the French office. Since joining Dedale, Alexis has been leading sales and investor relations efforts across France, the U.S., and the U.K. Alexis holds a degree from Concordia University in Montréal, where he lived for a year. He is also a published author with a novel to his name and more to come. He speaks French, Italian, English, and Spanish.

Ali was born in Morocco and has been living in France for the past 7 years. He previously held Equity Analyst roles at Amiral Gestion and ODDO BHF before joining Dedale in 2021 as an Investment Research Analyst. His expertise spans HCM, ERP, Supply Chain & Global Trade Management, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and IT Services. Ali is proficient in English, French, and Arabic, and graduated from Skema Business School with a master's degree in MS, Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law.

Altynay, originally from Kazakhstan, moved to France in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance and Investment Management from KIMEP University. Altynay has developed a broad range of professional experience through roles in Audit & Assurance at PwC, Financial Advisory at EY, Strategy Consulting at MAD, and Product Management at Louis Vuitton and Van Cleef & Arpels. Currently, she serves as an Investment & Strategy Analyst at Dedale. Altynay is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Kazakh.

As a Data Operations Specialist, Lai plays a crucial role in producing detailed profiles that help organizations make informed decisions. She has a strong background in research and knowledge management. She has also gained valuable experience in analytical and organizational skills. Lai is also an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to various causes, while also pursuing personal growth by learning different languages and exploring new cultures through travel.

Andrea Carminati is an Analyst at Dedale, where he supports the Research team. Prior to Dedale, Andrea interned in private equity at ISAI in Paris, focusing on Tech Growth and Buyout transactions. Previously, he interned in Investment Banking at Bryan, Garnier & Co in New York, and also worked in the Global Markets division of Credit Agricole CIB as an interest rates and derivatives trader. Originally from France but having spent most of his childhood abroad, Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree from King's College London, and a Master's degree from Imperial College London. He speaks English, French, and Spanish.

Anthony, currently based in Cebu, has earned a Bachelor's degree in Entreprenuership. He has over three years of experience in network research and development, focusing on VCS (Voice-Controlled Systems) and CEM (Customer Experience Management). As a Network Research Planner at Dedale, he designs, tests, and implements solutions that enhance the user experience and satisfaction of clients across various domains and platforms. He leverages his skills in VCS, data analysis, and user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and to create engaging and intuitive interfaces.

Aurelle Mace is a Content Editor at Dedale, where she brings clarity and creativity to content development. She previously worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant for nearly two years with Book With Mel, an event planning company, and Supply Lock AI, a demand planning software firm. A BA Psychology graduate from the University of the Philippines Cebu (Class of 2022), Aurelle is known for her persistence, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous growth in her field.

Avito is based in Cebu and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. With over eight years of experience in customer and technical support, primarily in the web hosting industry, he joined Dedale in July 2024 as a Network Research Planner. In this role, Avito is responsible for conducting expert searches, planning, and organizing interviews in specialized fields.

Born in Hong Kong, Ben is a professional with experience spanning multiple continents, including Hong Kong, England, Australia, and Paris. Currently at Dedale, Ben is primarily focused on two key elements: growth and scale. Demonstrating adeptness in navigating various aspects of the business, his primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency and effectively expand capacity. As the existing business offerings evolve and new additions find a place in the catalog, Ben ensures a smooth integration of these developments. Ben's educational background is on Marketing and Management, complemented by ongoing studies in Psychology. His experience spans both start-ups and scale-ups at different growth stages, as well as multinational corporations. While proficient in English, he is also dedicated to learning French and German.

As founder & CEO of Dedale, Ben leads global growth and high-impact intelligence delivery for investors and corporates. With over 13 years of experience in strategic due diligence and innovation, including roles at BCG and Astorg Partners, he brings deep expertise in software verticals like industrial tech, supply chain, cybersecurity, and Office of the CFO functions.

Carla was born in Paris and holds dual French and Spanish nationality. After completing a double Master’s degree from HEC Paris and FGV EAESP (São Paulo), Carla began her career in Venture Capital at a global fund based in Europe, focusing on evaluating Series A and B investment opportunities. She later transitioned to cross-border M&A in São Paulo, Brazil, where she advised on transactions between Europe and Latin America. Since 2024, Carla has been an Investment and Strategy Analyst at Dedale. She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Carolyn, residing in Cebu, Philippines, completed an Airline Management course. Currently, she is the Planning Operations Manager at Dedale, where she demonstrates her leadership, research, and management skills. Carolyn's expertise includes her time as a Senior Recruitment Team Lead—mainly in global talent acquisition, team leadership, and strategy development.

Celia is a Network Research Associate and founding member of the Vietnam team. With roots in Hanoi, she brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Partnership Management at a technology firm. In her current position, Celia is dedicated to identifying and engaging with esteemed professionals within the global tech industry, utilizing her expertise to cultivate meaningful connections.

Cess currently resides in Cebu, Philippines. With 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, demand generation, and operations management at notable firms in the Philippines. In 2020, Cess played a key role at Dedale as the first network research planner, handling multiple projects and sectors. As Dedale expanded globally, she pioneered the establishment of the Philippine entity. Currently, Cess oversees all operations of Dedale's Cebu office, serving as the Country Director.

Born and raised in Cebu, Cheyenne recently joined Dedale as a Network Research Associate. She is a May 2024 graduate of Cebu Normal University-Main, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English.

Gech, based in Cebu, Philippines, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. With more than 4+ years of experience in customer service, and data processing, including a managerial position in sales at a local firm, he joined Dedale in 2023 as a Network Research Planner. Gech focuses on identifying experts for Information Database, Private Investments, Ecosystem, Construction Software, Order Management Systems, Digital Commerce CRM, and Customer Experience Management.

Cielo, based in Cebu, is a dynamic Network Research Associate at Dedale, where she plays a pivotal role in driving research initiatives. Throughout the years, she has built a strong foundation in communication strategies, marketing, digital media, and event coordination. Her role focuses on conducting detailed research, sourcing valuable information, and effectively coordinating appointments across various market segments.

Born in France, Clémence moved around frequently and lived in many cities before settling in Paris five years ago. She graduated from NEOMA Business School, where she completed an international english-taught program. Since then, she has built a career in the tech industry, a field she's passionate about. As Marketing Lead at Dedale, she brings her strategic mindset and creativity skills to drive brand growth and engagement.

Cynthia is German-Italian and has built her career working with the most strategic accounts across EU and US at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for four years and then moved to Google to advice high-value German SMBs with their digital growth strategy. Having co-founded a startup within education in South Africa, she has always reflected a passion for entrepreneurial ventures and innovation. In her role at Dedale she leads the expansion efforts and relationships across DACH, BeNeLux and the US. Cynthia possesses a global perspective, having lived on three continents, graduated from international schools along with bilingual proficiency in English, German, and French.

Cédric started his career in Business Development at CANAL+ and Pernod Ricard, then specialized in technology & software, especially on Go-To-Market, Sales, and Key Account Management functions, including over 4 years at Meltwater. Cédric graduated from Emlyon Business School (Grande École Program, MSc in Management), studied at ECNU in Shanghai, China, and worked for 6 months in Sydney, Australia. At Dedale, Cédric leads the Sales team and execution of the GTM strategy and the development of the company's investor, advisor and top executive network. He also co-pilots the investor relations (Customer Success), building relationships with leading corporates and investment firms across Europe and the U.S.

Diane, currently based in Cebu, Philippines, is a licensed nurse practitioner with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Her professional background includes 12 years of experience in local and international firms, where she developed expertise in HR, recruitment, client support, multi-office management, and business operations. In 2021, Diane transitioned to Dedale, initially joining the sales team and later moving to the role of overseeing operations in the Philippine office. Her responsibilities include human resources, accounting, communications, and research planning support.

Driss is originally from Morocco and currently resides in France. He joined Dedale in 2025 after graduating from HEC Paris. He worked as a Private Equity Analyst intern at Raise Investissement, focusing on European SMBs before joining Deezer's Strategy and M&A team, a French leading music streaming platform. Driss is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

Earl currently resides in Cebu, Philippines. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with honors and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration. Earl's career began in 2010 at Author Solutions Inc., where he gained extensive experience in operations, people, and project management, alongside teaching IT courses in academia. He played a key role in establishing the community department at a Russian educational tech company, focusing on iterative process creation and improvements. In November 2023, Earl embarked on a new challenge as the first Data Operations Manager at Dedale. His current responsibilities include ensuring efficient and streamlined processes in the commercialization of company profiles, Airtable management, and supervision of the Philippine Operations Team.

Elie was born in Lebanon and has lived in France for the past 4 years. After studying architecture and graduating from the Lebanese American University, Elie pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management from HEC Paris. Since 2021, Elie has been a part of the Dedale team, where he specializes in due diligence and ad-hoc topics, covering areas like Construction, Office of the CFO, Cybersecurity, and Digital Commerce. Elie speaks English, French, and Arabic.

At Dedale, Emma operates at the intersection of strategic research and expert sourcing, enabling our investment and advisory teams to access high-quality, domain-specific insights across niche sectors and high-conviction investment theses. She leads the curation and management of relationships with top-tier experts globally, while working closely with our internal analysts to ensure the expert network strategy stays tightly aligned with their evolving priorities.

Eric was born and currently resides in Cebu, Philippines. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has nearly 2 years of experience as an HR Officer at a local firm. In early 2021, Eric joined Dedale as a pioneering Network Research Planner. Since then, he has been actively involved in sourcing, planning, and interview coordination in various tech and business segments including Education Technology, Digital Commerce, Capital Markets, Healthcare, and Work Productivity.

Ethan was born and raised in France. He earned a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from ENS Paris-Saclay, followed by a time at Cambridge, where he worked at the intersection of Life Sciences and AI. He then returned to Paris to pursue an industrial PhD in AI applied to Drug Discovery, conducted jointly between ENS Paris and Synsight. During the penultimate year of his PhD, Ethan served as an R&D Project Manager at Synsight, overseeing research projects. After completing his PhD, he joined Artefact as a Senior Consultant, focusing on data strategy and product development within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Ethan later moved into venture capital at Elaia, concentrating on early-stage deep tech investments. He currently works at Dedale as an Investment & Strategy Associate, where he focuses on strategic projects and investment analysis.
