Vacation & Time Off

Professional Development
The first week covers research methodology, PE fundamentals, expert call technique, and AI tools. From there, you're working on real projects with real stakes alongside leading investors and operators. Performance reviews happen twice a year, with dedicated coaching as you take on more responsibility. The learning curve here is steep, by design. The exposure is the development.
