4. Email Communications and Tracking
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris) to manage our newsletter and email communications. Brevo is our data processor for this purpose and acts in accordance with GDPR.
Our emails may include tracking technologies (open tracking, click tracking) only where you have given your prior and explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or "Opt out of tracking" in any of our emails, or by contacting us at privacy@dedale.com.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate this website:
- Webflow Inc. (website hosting) — servers located in the USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website analytics, activated only with your consent
- Brevo / Sendinblue — email marketing platform, EU-based
- Axeptio (Cookie Manager SAS) — cookie consent management, EU-based
Each of these providers acts as a data processor and is bound by data processing agreements with Dedale Intelligence.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. In such cases, data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of data protection.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Newsletter subscribers: for the duration of the subscription, plus 3 years after unsubscription for statistical purposes
- Contact form data: up to 3 years after last contact
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Cookie consent records: 13 months
8. Your Rights
