Ethan was born and raised in France. He earned a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from ENS Paris-Saclay, followed by a time at Cambridge, where he worked at the intersection of Life Sciences and AI. He then returned to Paris to pursue an industrial PhD in AI applied to Drug Discovery, conducted jointly between ENS Paris and Synsight. During the penultimate year of his PhD, Ethan served as an R&D Project Manager at Synsight, overseeing research projects. After completing his PhD, he joined Artefact as a Senior Consultant, focusing on data strategy and product development within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. Ethan later moved into venture capital at Elaia, concentrating on early-stage deep tech investments. He currently works at Dedale Intelligence as an Investment & Strategy Associate, where he focuses on strategic projects and investment analysis.

Etienne is a French and Austrian citizen, fluent in French, English, and German. He has seven years of experience in sales, specializing in client relationship development. After graduating from emlyon business school in Lyon, Etienne began his career in IT consulting before transitioning to the leadership coaching sector, both in fast-paced growth environments. Since joining Dedale Intelligence, Etienne has been leading sales and investor relations efforts in France, Nordics and the DACH region.

Eve, based in Cebu, began her career in customer service and as a virtual executive assistant supporting U.S.-based C-level executives. She joined Dedale Intelligence as a Network Research Planner and now leads a team of 9, focusing on mentoring, collaboration, and driving performance across research and interview coordination.

Ewald is originally from south of France and currently resides in Paris. He had past experience within the Bryan Garnier & Co, TMT team as merger & acquisition analyst and within the Seven2 Development investment team as private equity analyst. Ewald joined the Research team in early 2025 as an Investment & Strategy Analyst, after a year spent at HSG St Gallen within the Bank & Finance Master Exchange Progamme. He graduated from EDHEC Business School Grande Ecole Programme and speaks fluent French and English.

Born and currently residing in the Cebu, Philippines, Femelyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Accumulating nearly 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper and Data Processor in a local firm, she made a career move in early 2021 by joining Dedale Intelligence as a pioneering Network Research Planner. Femelyn plays a role in the expert discovery process, engaging in sourcing, planning, and coordination of interviews. Her expertise spans across segments such as Construction, Location Software, Digital Commerce, GRC & Healthcare, and CoreTech Space.

Fu was born and raised in Shenzhen, China. After completing law school and passing the bar exam, she moved to Japan, where she spent six years studying and working. During her time at EY Japan, she gained experience in M&A consulting and corporate finance, with a focus on business valuation for transactions. In 2023, Fu moved to France and graduated from emlyon business school with a master’s degree in Strategy Consulting. She then gained leadership experience at a startup based in Paris. Fu speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese fluently, and her French is conversational.

Gauthier was born and raised in French Brittany and developed an interest in programming during his early teens. He graduated from Epitech and then spent two years in South Korea, where he studied and worked, gaining exposure to diverse cultures. Following his return, Gauthier worked at Acolad, a leading European localization service provider, where he became an Engineering Manager and contributed to the company's technological advancement. In September 2024, Gauthier joined Dedale Intelligence as a Tech Lead, aiming to enhance the company's technological capabilities and develop its technical teams.

Originally from Vietnam, Han has a background in market research and business analysis, gained through her role at Ipsos and her studies in International Business Economics at Foreign Trade University. As a Network Research Planner at Dedale Intelligence, she identifies and connects with industry experts to support investment research initiatives. Her experience in market research and relationship management enables her to engage with key professionals, providing valuable insights for informed investment decisions.

Investment Analyst at Dedale Intelligence, supporting private equity clients with deep-dive research on vertical B2B software markets. Previously worked in M&A at UniCredit and Spada Partners, and in Asset Management at Mediolanum. Strong academic background from EDHEC and Bocconi, with a focus on corporate finance, valuation, and LBO modeling.

Giovanni is a Content Engagement Associate at Dedale Intelligence, where he ensures the success of clients on a day-to-day basis. His professional journey started as a Content Specialist for a freelancer catering to Beauty, Pets, SaaS, and Sports industries. He then proceeded to explore towards Australian Financing as a Client Services Officer, as well as a General Virtual Assistant freelancer focusing on Marketing.

Glazy is based in Cebu and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. She started her career as a Data Analyst, where she validated report accuracy, provided data-driven insights, and automated reporting processes using SQL. Glazy also has experience as a data specialist, focusing on data interpretation, reporting, and process optimization. At Dedale Intelligence, Glazy is involved in the end-to-end process of the companies' profile commercialization initiative, interpreting and analyzing market research data, and delivering accurate, publication-ready company profiles as a Data Operations Specialist.

Born and raised in Paris, he benefits from hands-on experience in private equity through internships at Lauxera Capital Partners, Seven2, and Ardian, where he primarily worked on tech-focused deals. He joined Dedale Intelligence as a Strategy & Investment Analyst after graduating from EMLyon Business School.

Hugo was born and raised in France. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Finance from Skema Business School, graduating in 2024. Prior to joining Dedale Intelligence as an Investment & Strategy Analyst, he worked as an M&A analyst intern at Altamoda and BNP Paribas CIB. He is fluent in French and English.

Iryna, originally from Ukraine, is an HR Generalist who has built her career in France across dynamic sectors including luxury, beauty, FMCG, tech, and consulting. Her expertise lies with crafting seamless, human-centric experiences across the entire talent lifecycle. In her past experiences, Iryna has built expertise in coordinating various strategic HR projects. Some of the past project highlights include the deployment of the INSIDE LVMH Platform and Certificate and full operational coordination of the SPRING Beauty Graduate Program at LVMH Group. This HR core is further enhanced by a solid foundation in marketing and branding, as well as past exposure to business development and diplomacy. She holds a Master in International Management from the Higher School of Economics and is an LVMH x ESSEC Chair Alumna. Iryna is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, English, and French.

Jaysel is based in Cebu and has a background in Accounting Technology. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, she worked in sourcing and social media marketing, where she developed skills in data analysis and process optimization. In April 2024, she joined BF Conseil—Dedale Intelligence’s sister company—as a Finance and Admin Associate, supporting the CEO and executive assistant with financial operations and administrative tasks. She now works at Dedale Intelligence as a Data Operations Specialist, where she helps build company profiles by analyzing market research data and ensuring accuracy for publication.

Born in France, Jeanne has also gained international experience after living in China and Spain. After gaining diverse professional experience across various industries, she joined Dedale Intelligence to align her strategic skills with her interest in the tech sector.

Jeff, based in Cebu, Philippines, holds a degree in Business Administration. With a diverse background across multiple industries including retail, contact centers, telecom, and finance, Jeff has honed his skills in various roles such as site management, quality control, escalations, operations management, and innovations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist, Jeff leverages his extensive experience to review and optimize operational processes, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Jenny Dee, currently residing in Cebu, Philippines, achieved honors in earning her Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and holds a license as a teacher practitioner. With over 5 years of experience in recruitment, real estate, and offshore administrative tasks, she made a career shift by joining Dedale Intelligence in 2021 as a Communication Specialist, subsequently transitioning to a Recruitment Specialist role. Currently, she serves as a Network Research Planner, actively engaged in expert research for B2B companies. Her role involves collecting insights through post-call interviews for segments such as Insurtech, Information Database, Niche ERP, Customer Experience Platform, and Order and Warehouse Management Systems.

Jonas, originally from Germany, holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's in International Management from ESB Business School, including an exchange at NEOMA in France. He gained experience at Henkel in Strategic and Financial Controlling, at Sennder in Corporate M&A, and at Roland Berger in Strategy Consulting between Munich and Chicago. Now an Investment & Strategy Analyst at Dedale Intelligence, Jonas is fluent in German, English, and French, and speaks some Spanish.

Rafa, based in Cebu, holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on English. With over 2 years of experience in administration and operations, he specializes in process optimization and data management using tools like Google Sheets and Airtable. Rafa leads a team in the Content Operation Department, overseeing quality assurance for 1,000+ transcripts, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and process efficiency. He has also contributed to the migration, QA, and reporting of 300+ company profiles.

Julia, originally from Latvia, has lived in France for 20 years. After 2 years at BNP Paribas, a leading European bank, as an internal auditor, she joined Boston Consulting Group, leading strategy and investment projects in Financial Services (core specialization) and across FMCG, Retail, and Airports sectors, for 5 years. She then led digital transformation and innovation projects at a top 5 French insurer, focusing on M&A and health insurance for 4 years. Since 2021, Julia has been the Managing Director and COO of Dedale Intelligence, overseeing global research, finance, HR, and operations. She speaks English, French, and Russian and graduated with distinction from HEC Paris in 2010.

Junela hails from Cebu, Philippines and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. After gaining over 5 years of experience in customer support, ESL instruction, process training, and quality performance analysis, Junela entered Dedale Intelligence where she specialized in Talent Acquisition/Network Research, handling tasks such as drafting job descriptions, sourcing talents, conducting interviews, and orchestrating onboarding schedules. After 2 years in this position, Junela has remained with Dedale Intelligence since 2021, concentrating on filling diverse positions ranging from internships to leadership roles in Paris, Cebu, and Cairo.

Junhao was born in China and has lived in Paris for over 6 years. He joined Dedale Intelligence in 2021 as an Investment Research Analyst, working on multiple segment reviews and due diligence projects in areas like Supply Chain, Industrial, Financial Services, and GIS. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, he had over 2 years of experience in PE and VC, including at BNP Paribas Asset Management and First Bridge Ventures. Junhao is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a Master's degree in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Kylia was born and raised in Paris. She recently graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree: Master in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, she gained experience as an M&A Analyst Intern at Flack&Cie and Equiteq. Kylia is fluent in both French and English.

Lanz is a Psychology graduate from Cebu Normal University with a strong background in recruitment and lead generation. He is driven by a passion for connecting individuals with the right opportunities and supporting organizations in building high-performing teams. At Dedale Intelligence, Lanz utilizes his expertise in recruitment to effectively engage with leads, ensuring a seamless match for every project.

Lara was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, alternating between living in the city and the suburbs. Before joining Dedale Intelligence, she garnered a portfolio of work across multiple fields, like journalism and media, contributing news articles for Rappler, and joining several film productions. She also has a background in leads generation from her time as an e-commerce assistant. In 2024, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Cebu. Lara is fluent in English, Cebuano, and Filipino.

Leonardo, originally from Italy, holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University, with an exchange semester at Johns Hopkins University. He began his career in strategy consulting, advising global pharmaceutical companies on gene therapy launches, AI-driven drug discovery, and M&A strategy. He later founded a food tech startup, scaling operations nationwide to 50 partner restaurants and driving significant growth. He is currently an Investment & Strategy Associate at Dedale Intelligence.

Lina was born in the US and raised in Morocco. After preparatory classes and five years at HEC Paris, she gained strong experience in Private Equity and Strategic M&A. She then spent nearly two years in strategy consulting, advising asset managers in Europe and the US on market entry, business strategy, and M&A. Lina joined Dedale Intelligence as an Associate, leveraging her background to support clients in evaluating B2B software investments. She speaks English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.
