At Dedale Intelligence, growth is not just measured in numbers. It’s measured in people, relationships, and the way we choose to build things together.
Over the past few years, Dedale Intelligence has grown significantly, welcoming new team members across geographies, disciplines, and backgrounds. With that growth comes a strong belief: our culture only works if we take the time to nurture it.
Our recent Paris team offsite was a concrete expression of this mindset. A moment to step back from execution, reconnect as a team, and strengthen bonds between long-standing members and new joiners. Not to “perform” culture, but to live it.
Throughout the day, the same values kept surfacing; curiosity, craftsmanship, humility, and a deep sense of collective ownership. Whether during creative workshops, informal conversations, or shared reflections on our vision 2026, the focus remained the same: doing meaningful work, together, and doing it well.
